Terms and Conditions

1. Orders:  All orders must be confirmed and paid according to our booking requirements. 

2. Custom Items:  Cakes, desserts, and catering items are made to order. 

3. Cancellations:  Cancellations may be accepted up to 3 months before the event. After that all orders are final. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations occur after this time frame. 

4. Returns & Refunds:  Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns once an order is picked up or delivered. 

5. Allergies & Ingredients:  Customers are responsible for checking ingredients if they have allergies or dietary restrictions. 

6. Pricing:  Prices are subject to change. Confirmed orders are priced at the time of booking. 

7. Holiday Closures:  We are closed on all major holidays. Please plan orders accordingly.

8. Community Conduct:  To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, any unlawful activity, hate speech, bullying, harassment, threats, or spam is strictly prohibited.

9.  Intellectual Property:  Images, designs, and logos belong to Boards & Buttercream. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Use:  Customer information is stored securely and used to fulfill orders and communicate updates. We comply with applicable privacy laws.
